Barrier Breaker is launching its beta version for the first time, offering a glimpse into a format, which uses an escape game to bring inclusion, collaboration and decision-making processes to life.
Barrier Breaker is an experiential escape game designed for organisations.
Working in small groups, participants tackle shared missions under altered conditions: each person takes on a role with specific limitations and experiences how this changes communication, decision-making and collaboration.
Within approximately two hours, genuine shifts in perspective, new approaches to solutions and immediate ‘aha’ moments emerge, followed by a facilitated reflection session with direct application to everyday working life. The focus is not on problems, but on the question: how can we create better processes, products and collaboration when accessibility is considered from the outset?
One-off beta edition
Normally, Barrier Breaker is conducted exclusively as on-site training for companies. For Munich Creative Business Week, the format is being opened up for the first time:
• Participation as a company team of up to 6 people
• Participation as an individual is possible
• Exchange with other organisations and decision-makers
• Exclusive access before the official market launch
Why free of charge?
You don’t just experience the format; you help shape it.
As beta participants, you’ll support impact management by:
• completing a short questionnaire in advance
• providing feedback immediately after the game
• taking part in an approx. 30-minute (online) interview around a month later
This helps create a training format that reflects real corporate needs.
